METHODOLOGY

Intersectional Advocacy

"Diversity without intersectionality is just window dressing."

My approach recognizes that forms of oppression—racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia—do not exist in isolation. I help organizations analyze how these overlapping systems impact their staff and their mission, moving beyond superficial inclusion to structural equity.

Decolonial Practice

Deconstructing colonial frameworks.

I work to dismantle the colonial legacies that still permeate international development and human rights sectors. This involves centering the voices of the Global Majority and racialized communities in Europe, ensuring they are the architects of their own liberation.

Policy & Safety

Creating safer spaces, from policy to practice.

Safe spaces don't just happen; they are engineered through rigorous policy and conscious culture. I consult on creating anti-discrimination frameworks that actually protect the most vulnerable, whether in nightlife, corporate offices, or EU institutions.
